Welcome to SeedreamAI, an AI image generation platform powered by the revolutionary Seedream 4.0 model. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

SeedreamAI provides users with AI image generation services powered by the Seedream 4.0 model, including text-to-image generation, image editing, style transformation, and other creative features. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Images

Your Rights: You own the rights to images generated through SeedreamAI. The extent of usage rights depends on your subscription plan.
Commercial Use Rights by Plan:
- Free Plan: Images are for personal use only and include SeedreamAI watermarks. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Watermarks cannot be removed or obscured.
- Paid Plans Only: Commercial usage rights are exclusively available to paid subscribers (Hobby Plan and above) and one-time package purchasers. Images are provided without watermarks and you can use them for business, marketing, products, and any commercial project without additional licensing fees.
- Ultra One-time Package: Includes enhanced commercial licensing for professional and enterprise use with watermark-free images.
Image Quality and Features by Plan:
- Free Plan: Standard definition output (1K) with watermarks
- Hobby Plan: High-resolution output (up to 2K), watermark-free
- Creator Plan: Ultra 4K high-resolution output (up to 4K)
- Professional Plan: All creator features with highest priority processing
Copyright Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and input content do not infringe on others' intellectual property rights.

Platform Technology

The SeedreamAI platform, Seedream 4.0 model, and related technologies are protected under copyright law.
You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the SeedreamAI service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of SeedreamAI and any third parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using SeedreamAI:

Generating illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Generating content that infringes on others' intellectual property, privacy rights, or other rights
Creating deepfakes or misleading synthetic content that could deceive others
Using images generated under the Free Plan for any commercial purposes (commercial use requires a paid plan)
Removing, obscuring, or altering watermarks from images generated under the Free Plan
Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, or circumvent the service's security features
Abusing or excessively using service resources
Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service

Credit System and Billing

Credit Usage

SeedreamAI uses a credit system to manage image generation services
Different features and quality settings consume varying amounts of credits
Credit validity periods depend on your subscription plan:
- Free Plan: 30 credits per day (resets daily)
- Subscription Plans: Monthly credit allocation
- One-time Packages: 30-365 day validity based on package tier

Available Plans

Free Plan: 30 daily credits, personal use only, all images include SeedreamAI watermarks
Hobby Plan: 1000 monthly credits, commercial use, watermark-free images, up to 2K resolution
Creator Plan: 2500 monthly credits, watermark-free images, 4K output, priority processing
Professional Plan: 6000 monthly credits, watermark-free images, highest priority, 1v1 support
One-time Packages: Basic (500), Pro (1500), Ultra (4000) credits, all watermark-free with varying validity periods

Subscriptions and Payments

We offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, and one-time credit packages
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
Prices are subject to change with notice to users
You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected plan
Unused credits may expire based on your plan's validity period

Service Availability and Limitations

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime
We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, updates, or other technical reasons
Certain features may be limited based on your subscription plan

Privacy and Data Collection

SeedreamAI collects the following types of data:

Account Information: Information you provide when creating an account
Usage Details: Data related to your activity on our service
Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our service

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeedreamAI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification
